Repair assistance

Snap and Troubleshoot

Take or upload a photo of a part and we'll try to identify it so you can find a replacement — or photograph damage for a best guess at what's wrong.

Tips for an accurate result

Adding the model makes the repair advice match your exact drone. Leave it blank and we'll make our best guess — and the confidence rating will show how sure we are of the model.

What photos can and can't do. Photos are good at identifying parts and spotting physical damage — a snapped arm, a cracked shell, a chipped prop. Most electrical faults, like a failed speed controller or power board, look completely normal in a photo. For those, the symptom checker or error lookup will serve you better.

Your photo. It's resized on your device, which also removes any location data stored in the file, then sent with anything you type above to Anthropic's Claude AI to look at. This site doesn't store it, and Anthropic keeps what it receives for up to 30 days. Please don't photograph people or documents. Full privacy details.

Your comments. If you send a comment in the "How did I do?" box, it's saved along with what the tool answered (the part or problem, its confidence rating and the drone model), so the tool can be improved. Your photo isn't included. Please don't put personal details in it.
